Payment and Insurance

We collect payment at time of service, unless other payment arrangements have been made.

 

If you have insurance, we help you by filing your claim electronically in our office, and any reimbursement available to you is sent to you from your insurance company. Insurance plans that we can help you with are plans that allow you to select your own doctor.

 

We have no contracts or participation agreements with insurance companies or corporate ownership organizations that might limit our scope of services, restrict the time we spend with you, require us to use certain laboratories, or determine our fees.
