Advanced Training and Teaching

Dr. Lockwood graduated from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry, studied extensively for years at the world-renowned Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Florida, and taught for many years at The Pankey Institute. In addition, Dr. Lockwood taught for many years at Grand Rapids Community College.

The Pankey Institute

Founded in Miami, Florida in 1972 by colleagues grateful for Dr. Pankey’s teachings, the original mission to, “narrow the gap between what is known and what is practiced” still holds true today.

 

Now located in Key Biscayne, Florida, The Pankey Institute is recognized as the preeminent institute for advanced dental postgraduate education.

 

After studying there for many years, Dr. Lockwood was privileged to be asked to teach at The Pankey Institute. Dentists from around the world travel to The Pankey Institute to develop their knowledge and skills

The University of Michigan School of Dentistry

GRCC Interns

For over 25 years we have trained GRCC Registered Dental Assistant interns in our office as part of their educational responsibilities. We are pleased to be selected to serve the community in this capacity and are proud of the many interns we have taught.
