Insurance Information
To help you receive your insurance reimbursement, our office will submit all claims on your behalf; however, we can make no guarantees of benefits. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we ask that all patients be directly responsible for all charges. All patients with dental insurance are expected to pay their full charges on the day treatment is rendered as your dental benefits are sent directly to you.
