Upon your referral we will meet with your patient, provide a thorough examination, discuss treatment options, and develop an individualized treatment plan. Prior to treatment Dr. Lockwood will communicate his findings and recommendations to you. Treatment goals will be discussed, and the timing of your patient’s return to your practice will be established. After treatment is complete, Dr. Lockwood will send a summary letter describing pretreatment conditions, treatment procedures, and treatment outcomes.
